Return and Refund Policy for B.Custom

14-Day Return Policy

At B.Custom, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when received, unworn  unmounted or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
  • Does not apply to custom made parts / wheels (custom PCD / ET)
  • All other details are described in the Terms and conditions , article 4, 5 & 6.

If your return is approved, We recommend that you send the return shipment by registered mail and insure it for the market value of the returned goods. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products: Special orders, personalized items, custom-made parts, or custom wheels/rims.
  • Hazardous materials: Items containing flammable liquids or gases.
  • Used, mounted, or modified parts.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return the item you have.
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item after the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a destination in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when received, unworn, unmounted or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved:

  • The returned goods will be refunded as a Shop credit / voucher within 10 business days after we received and quality checked  the returned goods. Incorrect / faulty products will be refunded in same payment method as the order was placed or replaced.
