Responsibility for Shipped Products
The responsibility for shipped products lies with the carrier and sender. Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer must inspect them immediately for any errors or damage.
In the event of visible damage to the packaging and/or goods, the buyer is required to report this upon acceptance of the delivery. If goods are accepted without noting any issues, neither the seller nor the shipping carrier can be held responsible for damages to the goods.
If a product is damaged or incorrect, the buyer must report this to the carrier immediately via written communication, such as a letter or email.
Returns and Shipping Costs
- Original Packaging: Products being returned must be sent back in their original packaging.

Shipping Costs:
- The shipping costs for the original order are charged to the buyer.
- Costs for re-shipments due to warranty claims or errors will be covered by the seller.
- Returns sent to us are always at the buyer’s expense.
- Recommended Shipping Method: We strongly recommend insured shipping for returns to ensure coverage in case of loss or damage. This is the buyer’s responsibility.
